Kathryn Fagg B.E, M.Com, FTSE

Kathryn Fagg is a Non-Executive Director and is on the boards of the Reserve Bank of Australia, Boral, Djerriwarrh Investments and Incitec Pivot. She also chairs the Melbourne Recital Centre, is deputy chair of Breast Cancer Network Australia, and is a panel member of the National Opera Review for the Federal Government. She is a former chair of Parks Victoria. She is also a member of Chief Executive Women where she is active in the Business Engagement Committee and previously chaired the Thought Leadership and Scholarship Committees. Kathryn originally qualified as a chemical engineer and started her career as a petroleum engineer with Esso, before moving into management consulting with McKinsey and then pursuing executive roles. Her executive career commenced at ANZ with roles including General Manager, Retail Banking New Zealand and Managing Director, Banking Products; then with BlueScope Steel including roles as President Australian Building and Logistics Solutions and President Asia; before moving to Linfox. Her roles at Linfox were President FMCG and President Corporate Development.
